will a cell phone charger run down a car battery?

I have recently moved back to Southern Florida and what a few years back was hurricane central. If I loose power, do you think charging a cell phone overnight without the car running will drain a battery enough to where the car won’t start?

Also, this particular vehicle doesn’t have the rundown protection some of the new cars have.

My charger takes 5.74 mil amps- my car battery holds 525 cold amps- So yes it will run down a battery but we are talking a long time

I have had to do this before, and i would only do it 30 min at at a time or so because I was afraid it would, and it never did. I don’t know about overnight though.
