I and my wife have the Motorola V710 cell phones. Neither of us are able to get the charger connection to work
We have tried both car and home chargers. The batteries are new so this is not the problem. Can the connection be changed by my provider?

Your provider has no control over the battery charging system, so that can’t be the problem. A new battery might take a minute or more before it starts to show charging, so give it a few minutes on the charger and see if it starts to charge. Are you using genuine Motorola batteries and not knock-offs? Check periodically to make sure they aren’t getting hot. A little warm is normal, but not hot.
