   I believe ) is fully charged… but i could be wrong :/

   i would say that 6 is fully charged but in order to be sure go to the manufacturers website. with most things you can usually download a user manual that would say for sure.

   when it drops to 0 it should be fully charged,at least that’s the way mine reads,the hand drops as it accepts more of a charge,i have one other charger though that works opposite of this it starts out on a low scale and goes higher as the battery get more of a charge in it,good luck.

   you can have the battery checked, especially load tested for free at auto zone
