how do i charge my cars battery with a charger? What volts, what settings?
My hummer’s battery is dead after not driving it for two weeks. I thought it was a bad battery but when i brought it to autozone they charged it for 4-5 hours and it was working perfectly again. I was curious what setting i should put my charger on (6 volts…12 volts boost…) and how long I should leave it on my battery so that i can get the same effect as whatever autozone did.
no one knows this simple question?!?

set the charger ion a 12 volt scale and the slowest rate that you have. leave it on this setting for as long as possible. this will give you the best charge. a day should do fine for the duration, i do hope that the charger has an auto shut down.
